Food flavoring vanilla dressing
A teaspoon (about 5g) contains approximately 10,000 seeds.
When you want to use the seeds from vanilla beans, you have been forced to undertake the labor-intensive task of carefully scraping out the seeds from a vertically opened vanilla pod. Moreover, it was necessary to be cautious about hygiene, such as bacterial contamination, during the process. In response to the requests from many pastry chefs for an easy-to-use product that combines vanilla seeds and vanilla flavoring with good workability, we developed "Vanilla Dressing," which contains approximately 10,000 seeds in one teaspoon (about 5g). The seeds in Vanilla Dressing are light, so they float on the surface of the liquid in the bottle, but with just a gentle shake of 2-3 times, they quickly become uniform, allowing for easy use of the "seeds." By further processing fermented vanilla beans at high temperatures, we enhance the rich aroma of vanilla, and by incorporating sterilized (aseptic) seeds, we can add vanilla seeds to food while simultaneously imparting flavor, allowing you to use it as natural "vanilla." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
